Hi, I’m the heart behind Cat’s Cottage Bakery and Apothe’Cathy. What began as a love for baking, creating, and sharing little pieces of happiness has grown into something much more meaningful to me.
My mom has Alzheimer’s, and watching someone you love navigate this disease changes your perspective on life in ways you never could have imagined. It teaches you to treasure the little moments, hold on to the memories you share, and find beauty in the simplest things. It has also given me a deeper purpose and a reason to build something that means more than just a business.
I’m building Cat’s Cottage with my mom in my heart and by my side in this journey. My dream is to grow a small business that allows me to support her, spend precious time with her, and help provide the care and comfort she deserves. Every loaf of sourdough, every homemade treat, every herbal tea, and every handcrafted creation represents another little step toward that dream.
